Look, I don't live in the woods. I'm your normal guy, like you, who has a job, lives in the suburbs and has a family. The only thing is that I'm a little concerned about where we're heading as a country and a society. The reality is that I'm not self reliant at all, and it scares me. As such, I'm looking to take incremental steps to be prepared for uncertain times ahead. I'm not going to go crazy and move to Idaho. In fact, I'm not moving at all. But a part of me has changed and I'm going to act on these instincts. This blog is about these actions. To summarize, I'm a neo-survivalist. Or maybe, I'm a mainstream survivalist.
